Perennial Wine is the trading name of Wow Factor 9 LTD, company number 10067117 registered in England & Wales. Our registered address is 7 Thornsett Terrace, London SE20 7UH.

This website is run by Perennial wine. For the purposes of applicable data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) (as amended or superseded) Perennial Wine is the “controller” of the personal information collected through this website.

How do we collect data about you and under what circumstances do we use that data?

Where you have given us your consent by opting in to our mailing list, we use your name and email address to send you email updates about our work, and information about events that you can book. We do this on a roughly monthly basis. See below for more information on how our mailing list is managed.

If you have booked for one of our events, we may have a legitimate interest in using your personal information. We may use your email address and telephone to contact you with information specific to the event you have booked. We may also contact you after the event to request feedback or discuss any feedback you have already given. What data do we keep about you?

How do we share your information?

We will not sell, rent or trade your personal information with any third party.

In some circumstances we need to share your information with organisations who provide services to us.

If you have opted in to receive our mailouts, we share your name and email with MailChimp, who manage our mailing list.

If you have booked for one of our events and purchased tickets through our website, we share your name and contact details with Squarespace (whose platform we use for our website and ticket sales) and Stripe (who process our card payments).

We will make sure that anyone with whom we share data is bound by the same conditions as we are under this privacy notice.

International transfers of personal data

We may transfer to and store your information with service providers situated outside of the European Economic Area. These transfers are subject to special rules under data protection law. We may transfer your data to companies in the USA such as MailChimp, Squarespace, Stripe, Google, Insightly and Dropbox. These organisations are compliant with the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework.

Keeping your information

We will keep your information for as long as is reasonably necessary to carry out our activities and fulfil our legal obligations. The period we hold this data will vary according to the purpose, but will not usually be more than six years.

We collect basic information such as the proportion of people who open our mailing list and the number of times that links within an email are clicked. You can unsubscribe at any time from our mailing list by clicking the link at the bottom of our mailing list emails, or by contacting us on the details below.

Our website is based on the website platform Squarespace. Squarespace use various cookies, which are small files that are saved on your computer's browser. Visitors to our website
